Resistance Bands Assisted Workshop

This workshop uses resistance bands for building strength and flexibility. We will also utilize bands to assist with inversions and getting your toes over your head!

This is perfect for training and conditioning your handstands, back walkovers, and inversions. Using resistance bands, you will understand your body’s need for stability, flexibility and strength all while maintaining alignment. Conditioning with these bands will also strengthen and lead to cleaner and stronger inversions. This is critical for building confidence while staying safe.

Returning students can expect to review what they learned and also build on their current progressions with new and useful exercises with the bands. Takeaways from this workshop will be an understanding of how to achieve active flexibility and building strength with proper body engagement, therefore improving your form and function in any aerial practice.

Pre-requirements:

(1) completion of a beginner series with us or any other local studio
(2) be able to climb a pole

Please wear shorts and fitted layers that can be removed, if needed.

Registration for this workshop is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Class passes cannot be used towards workshops. This workshop requires a pre-registered minimum of 4 students at least 24 hours in advance.
