Progressive Pole Series

This series is a concentrated and detailed introduction to climbs and inversions on the pole along with solidifying your static spins that you covered from your beginner pole classes/series. This series will include conditioning and stretching, as well as learning what your body is capable of accomplishing. We will take your knowledge of static spins and challenge you to build your strength and endurance by building spin combinations and transitions that fit your body. You will condition, train and practice what it takes to safely climb the pole, understand each muscle group that helps you flip your way into the perfect inversion, and perfect moves that fit your body and level of skill.

In this series, pants and other layers can be worn during warm-up, but students are required to wear shorts and non-sleeve tops to class as skin is required for points of contact. Please refrain from using any oils/lotions on your skin before class.

Recommended for: Completion of any Intro to Pole series from any studio or instructor approval.

Registration for this series is nonrefundable and nontransferable. We do not allow drop-in's for this series. Class passes cannot be used towards a series. This series requires a pre-registered minimum of 3 students at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the first class.
