What is Flux in Movement?
A movement based class that is themed so that the mind and body work together to create shapes to tell a story. Light choreography is taught so that the flow becomes second nature. We encourage you to step out of the realm of the everyday pole, aerial or gym class and take a step toward the unknown. This class was designed for everyone at any level of fitness. If you have an injury, please speak up so that the instructor can give you modifications for your body.


What can I expect to use in the class?
Be prepared to touch the pole, no tricks (unless specified by instructor) , we use the pole to create shapes and sometimes aids in leading the flow of the choreo. Chair, lots of floor work, wall, curtains - we use tangible items to create a space where the body can move around and through. It allows us to step away and get lost.


Do I need to have experience?
No, not at all, just the willingness to sign up and show up. The instructor will take care of the rest. Depending on the degree of difficulty to new students, we will send out a notice before hand as to the "level" of the flux class. That way you are well prepared. But if you didn't get a notice, bring your flux bag and be ready for anything!


What do I bring to class?
We encourage you to have a FLUX bag - a grab-and-go bag that includes heels, knee pads, a tee shirt that covers the shoulders, and leggings. Other items may include items such as a tank top, flowy shirt, shorts or leg warmers. Once you have attended a couple of Flux in Movement classes, you can find items of inspiration to add to the bag.

Open Gym - SS Students Only $16.50 per classFrom $14 per visit with 5 Class Pass (for 1-Hour Classes ONLY) passPurchase required to enroll

OPEN GYM REQUIRES PRE-REGISTRATION. Walk-in's are not permitted.

Come in and practice what you've learned at the studio. Poles and aerial equipment, as well as weights and mats, are available for use. Any aerial/pole equipment that requires rigging will need studio approval FIRST. Due to liability issues, students are not permitted to bring their own equipment for use. There will be no instruction during open gym. Students must be aware of their limitations and capabilities and assume all risk in self-practice.

Pre-requirements: the roster for Open Gym will be monitored closely by staff. Only current Spinderella Studios students are allowed to use the space for Open Gym. If you are new to the studio, please contact us before registering.

Class passes are applicable towards Open Gym - SS Students Only.

Tissue Issues: Repair $25 per classFrom $14 per visit with 5 Class Pass (for 1-Hour Classes ONLY) passPurchase required to enroll

This special class is all about myofascial release/relief, in which you will learn to alleviate some of your "tissue issues". You will learn so much about your body as well as exercises/techniques you can do to make the simple changes needed to help yourself.

In Tissue Issues: Repair, we will gently work on tired and broken body parts and muscles groups, which can come from overuse of the body. Shoulders, hips, glutes - OH MY!!!


This special class is suitable for all levels. All equipment will be provided. Students will experience a full body roll out on soft and comfy balls. You will have full control as we coach and guide you.

Tissue Issues: Restore $25 per classFrom $14 per visit with 5 Class Pass (for 1-Hour Classes ONLY) passPurchase required to enroll

This special class is all about myofascial release/relief, in which you will learn to alleviate some of your "tissue issues". You will learn so much about your body as well as exercises/techniques you can do to make the simple changes needed to help yourself.

In Tissue Issues: Restore, we will gain a deeper understanding to help better our flexibility. Myofascial release allows us to sink deeper into our splits, straddles, pikes and forward folds. This class is all about increasing mobility to achieve ANY of your goals.

This special class is suitable for all levels. All equipment will be provided. Students will experience a full body roll out on soft and comfy balls. You will have full control as we coach and guide you.
